Arrived to Kelseyville 10 days ago...

I'm back in Northern CA but not quite in the right spot yet. I recently posted this on Craigslist.

Rental wanted: house or apartment, but need 800 sq. ft. and a fenced yard.

I am a highly qualified tenant with excellent credit and references. Seeking a rental in any of the following locations: Sebastopol, Santa Rosa, Forestville, Garberville, Graton, West County OK too, but no hills. I am a single, mature female with two dogs. A 10 yr. old healthy GSD and a 4-year-old Belgian Malinois. They are spayed and neutered and well-behaved.

I recently purchased a house in Kelseyville, CA, and did not realize the curvy mountain roads to get here, and began suffering from a tremendous case of vertigo. The house is beautiful, on a huge lot (1.82 acres), on which I installed proper fencing for my dogs, but I'm on Cobb Mountain, and this vertigo is kicking me in the behind! I am hoping to find a pet-friendly rental up to $2000 per month.

Returning to Northern California!

This last Friday, I closed on a house in Kelseyville, CA. I will be moving there mid-July and bringing all my beautiful rugs with me. 

If you are in Sonoma County, Mendocino County, Lake County, or even Marin County, I will be relatively close by in the near future. 

It's been 3 years since I lived in California, and I can't wait to get back! Beautiful weather, aesthetic environment, family close by, and more!

I've been in Twin Falls for the last year. A year and a half in Walla Walla, WA, but nothing compares. I closed my shop in Sebastopol at the beginning of 2012 and sold by appointment out of my home in Santa Rosa for three years, which was great fun. Easy.

Just thought an update might be nice. I'll be there soon!
